Rapid Prototyping

The thermoplast extruder is fueled by thermoplastics. Thermoplastic is plastic that when melted and then frozen, it becomes very brittle. It also has a low melting point, which is very handy for this application.

The Paste Extruder is designed to force paste from a ballon and lay it down. It was created very recently, so it is subject to improvement. I think a definite change is the bottle and balloon. If you build this, it is somewhat unimpressive that you use a water bottle and balloon.

This extruder is designed to use polymer granules, instead of rods. It is not actually a beta, but it is not considered a working toolhead. This would be because it is not. It is currently in the improvement stage. Using polymer granules is what many believe make the production cheaper. Quite frankly, I disagree. To make rods yourself, just take a pastry bag, fill it with the plastic, and squeeze it slowly out the small hole. How expensive.

This is a future toolhead that has not been uploaded to the website yet. Taking this as opportunity, I spent millions of dollars and applied very sophisticated, high-tech technology into creating this toolhead.
